Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

This is a nice healthier and easier alternative to Creamy Brussel Sprouts.




Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


Directions:
  1. Cut off stems and then half sprouts.
  2. Preheat oven to  350°F
  3. Coat in Olive Oil
  4. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  5. Bake in oven for about 40 min or until Sprouts have crisped.
