Lose 10 lbs. In A Week?

Alright guys I am going to give this my best shot.
 I have recently taken up working out. Although I am maintaining my weight I am no where near the bod I dream of. I am 5'6" and weigh 134 lbs. My goal weight is 128 lbs. I am going to start keeping a log of my diet and exercise routines while trying new online plans until I reach my goal. Starting tomorrow I will be trying the "Lose 10 lbs. In A Week" plan I found online at: lose-10-pounds-in-a-week-diet-plan. My goal is to be FIT not thin and do so in a way that is healthy and realistic to maintain.
