10 lbs. Weight Loss-Day Four:

"Day 4 of our "Lose 10 pounds in a week" diet plan can be considered as tough because you'll be eating relatively less amount of food. So lets get to our day 4 menu"


                                                            Food                      Quantity
                                                           Banana              8 (whole in a day)
                                                             Milk                      3 glasses
                                                          Diet Soup                1 small bowl



Don't for get to KEEP DRINKING WATER


Throughout the day I had:
  • 4 bananas
  • 3 glasses milk
  • 1cup carrots boiled in low sodium chicken broth 
  • 1/2 gal. water

I spent two hours at the gym:
  • 2 miles running at 8.2 on the treadmill
  • 7 miles at level 8 on the stationary bike
  • 300 crunches combo with a 5lb weight
  • 40 squats with 40lb. weight
  • 20 min cross fit combo
  • 30 min sauna
  • Drank about 21 L of water
