10 lbs. Weight Loss- Day Five:

"Day 5 of 7 day diet plan is mixture of fruits, vegetables and a small cup of boiled rice. We are half way through and our target is not too far away. Some of you may already have lost 5 to 8 pound of excess weight. However weight loss varies from person to person as human body first utilities the primary energy source and then move to fat reserve. So first 4 to 5 days of any weight loss diet plan do not produce desired results. That's why put your weight machine away for 7 days."

One Small Bowl of Boiled Rice
1 Bowl of Salad
1 Grapefruit
6 Tomatos
1/2 Glass Skimmed Milk
Diet Soup (optional)
2 Apples
1 Orange
12 Glasses Water

Throughout the day I had:
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1/2 Glass Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Cuties
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Small Bowl Carrots Boiled in Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Gallon Water

I spent two hours at the gym:
  • 2 miles running at 8.2 on the treadmill
  • 7 miles at level 8 on the stationary bike
  • 300 crunches combo with a 5lb weight
  • 40 squats with 40lb. weight
  • 20 min cross fit combo
  • 30 min sauna
  • Drank about 21 L of water
