10 Lbs. Weight Loss-Day Six:

"Its another vegetable day but your allowed to have a small bowl of boiled rice with vegetable."


Menu:
1 small bowl cooked rice
salad (no dressing)
12 glasses water



Throughout the day I had:
  • 1 small bowl rice with steamed carrots and broccoli 
  • 1 salad tossed with red wine vinegar and lemon juice
  • 1/2 Gal. water


I spent two hours at the gym:
  • 2 miles running at 8.2 on the treadmill
  • 7 miles at level 8 on the stationary bike
  • 300 crunches combo with a 5lb weight
  • 40 squats with 40lb. weight
  • 20 min cross fit combo
  • 30 min sauna
  • Drank about 21 L of water
